PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully ensure thermal conductivity between a radiator tank and an oil cooler tank without brazing them.;SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an built-in oil cooler type heat exchanger with an oil cooler provided in the radiator tank comprises a process for integrally forming a tank plate 1 constituting the radiator tank and an outer pipe 2 constituting the oil cooler by extrusion molding; a tank forming process for forming the tank plate 1 in cylindrical shape to wrap the outer pipe 2 therein; an inner pipe insertion process for inserting an inner pipe 6 with inner fins 5 mounted to the outer surface, into the outer pipe 2; a cap mounting process for mounting caps to both end openings of the cylindrical radiator tank to close them; and a brazing process for mounting and brazing tubes and cooling fins to the radiator tank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
