PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a master for an electroforming mold, free from defects or mottles and having exact fine structure.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the master for the electroforming mold comprises: (1) a step for mixing a first material 2 and a second material 1 with each other; (2) a step for forming a sheet having a continuous phase of the second material and a discontinuous or continuous phase of the first material on the surface by micro-phase-separating the first material into the second material; (3) a step for solidifying the second material in the sheet; and (4) a step for obtaining the porous master for the electroforming mold by removing the first material from the sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
