PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen transition control method capable of reducing the operational burden on a user and the development burden on a developer; a screen providing system using the method; a transition execution device for executing the method; and a computer program for causing a computer to execute the method.;SOLUTION: Pieces of identification (ID) information showing destination screens for forward transition are stored in sequence along with stored pieces of ID information so as to create a history of transitions of screens which are carried out transition in sequence (step S207, etc.). If the history of transitions created includes the same piece of ID information as the piece of ID information indicating the destination screen (step S203), the history of transitions is updated into a new history of transitions such that the history later than the same piece of ID information is deleted (step S204, etc.).
