PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display a window associated with a function even when a function is extended, for example, by adding new service and so on by lightening a load of communication between devices during communication of information associated with the display of the window.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes a display part, a first kind operation part, a communication part, a control part, and a storage part, and communicates with a server which changes displayed windows. The storage part stores first template information relating the first kind operation part to a transition instruction as operation to change a window. The control part receives first instruction information representing which of a plurality of transition instructions is made effective (S102: Yes), make the first kind operation part related to the transition instruction effective (S110), and transmits operation information representing that the first kind operation part made effective is operated (S124). The control part makes effective the first operation part related to the transition instruction represented with the received new first instruction information.
