PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at low cost a device presenting information, based on a place and guiding a user to a destination when radio waves from GPS cannot be received.;SOLUTION: An information processing unit comprises a photographing means 11 for photographing a circular ID mark which is provided in a space where guidance information is to be provided and in which a prescribed number of marks are arranged in a circular manner, and generating a photographic image; a mark identification means 12 for identifying the marks in the photographic image generated by the photographing means 11, generating identifiers corresponding to the respective marks in the photographic image, and generating a circular identifier string in which the identifiers are arranged in a predetermined order; a position and direction ID management table means 14 for managing the association between the circular identifier string, and the position and direction; a position and direction ID acquiring means 13 for referring to the position and direction ID management table means 14 and acquiring the position and direction of the information processing unit corresponding to the circular identifier string; and a content information acquiring means 17 for acquiring navigation information based on the acquired position and direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
