PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an expression system expressing an exogenous protein derived from organisms except actinomyces in the actinomyces.;SOLUTION: A vector expressing the exogenous protein derived from the organisms except the actinomyces in the actinomyces has a promoter sequence of a phospholipase D gene derived from Streptoverticillium cinnamoneum, a signal sequence of the phospholipase D gene derived from the Streptoverticillium cinnamoneum and linked to the downstream of the promoter so as to be expressible, an exogenous base sequence encoding the exogenous protein and linked to the downstream of the signal sequence so as to be expressible, and a terminator sequence of the phospholipase D gene derived from the Streptoverticillium cinnamoneum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
