PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of surely acquiring information necessary for a service of moving an object by a robot in an arbitrary area such as home or an airport lounge, and an object movement service system using the method.;SOLUTION: Contents of a service request from a service recipient are acquired. Items to be checked necessary for realizing the contents of the request corresponding to a current service area are acquired from a data base. Whether or not the necessary information is available from the service request contents is confirmed.
