PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure evaluating apparatus of a high-temperature device, a fastening structure evaluating method and a program of the high-temperature device which easily and accurately evaluate a stress change and a creep damage in a fastening structure body, and evaluate a fastening structure in the high-temperature device.;SOLUTION: The fastening structure evaluating apparatus 10 of the high-temperature device comprises: a selection information obtaining means 21 for obtaining selection information on the fastening structure body; a calculation condition obtaining means 22 for obtaining a calculation condition; a creep strain speed calculating means 23 for calculating a creep strain speed based on the calculation condition and creep strength data; a stress relaxation quantity calculating means 24 for calculating the stress relaxation quantity based on the creep strain speed; a creep damage quantity calculating means 25 for calculating the creep damage quantity based on the calculation condition, the creep strength data and the stress; and a fastening structure determining means 26 for evaluating whether the fastening structure in the fastening structure body is appropriate or not based on the stress relaxation quantity and the creep damage quantity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
