PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type electric double-layer capacitor cell that has a reference part capable of deciding the position, direction, and posture of installation precisely when arranging a plurality of electric double-layer capacitor cells for modularization, and dispenses with individual matching at the position of an extraction electrode when connecting adjacent extraction electrodes mutually.;SOLUTION: The electric double-layer capacitor cell has: a vessel made of a film material; an electrolyte and an electrode laminate held in the vessel; at least two extraction electrodes extracted outside the vessel from the electrode laminate; and an extraction electrode complex that is provided in the outlet of the extraction electrode and has a support made of resin and the extraction electrode supported by the support made of resin.
