PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange and design a guide sentence providing medium for promoting return to a guide support route at a position performing proper guide even when a person to be provided is out of the guide support route. PSOLUTION: A guide sentence providing medium layout decision system includes: detecting a curved part of the guide support route supporting guide up to a guide object for the person to be provided; and having a layout decision means for arranging and deciding the guide sentence providing medium for promoting the return to the guide support route to the person to be provided out of the guide support route on the circumference of the curved part in the guide sentence providing medium layout decision system for deciding the layout of one or a plurality of the guide sentence providing media indicating a guide sentence providing spot providing a guide sentence to the person to be provided.
