PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation information system, a presentation information determination method, and a presentation information determination program that determine and present a process to be supervised to an operation supervisor such as a skillful operation person, and present a guidance of an appropriate level to the operation person according to the skil.;SOLUTION: In the presentation information determination system, object information 301 showing work contents of a target process is recorded, state information 302 showing the work contents in the pre-process of the target process and scheduled work contents in the post-process is recorded, and the skill level of the operation person for operating the target process is recorded. Then, using the recorded object information 301 and recorded state information 302, the difficulty of the target process is determined.
