PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to quantitatively analyze perception of a user, and specify and present information according to the perception of the user.SOLUTION: A cross-modal data storage part 11 stores cross-modal data formed by associating a first perception value relating to a first-type perception with perception value distribution information indicating a state of distribution of a plurality of second perception values relating to a second-type perception, which generates synesthesia with the first-type perception. A behavior information acquisition part 12 acquires behavior information of a user, the behavior information including information indicating the perception value relating to the second-type perception. A behavior analysis part 13 obtains, from the behavior information, user perception value distribution information indicating a state of distribution of the second perception values.
