PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery excellent in cycling characteristic, by degreasing residual oil of an antifriction material adhered on the surface of an aluminum foil without deteriorating intensity, and by improving coating capability of a coating material. PSOLUTION: For degreasing the aluminum foil used in the core material of an electrode plate for a battery, the aluminum foil is degreased by performing low-temperature heat treatment for 5 to 15 minutes at 100 to 200C after foil flatting.
