PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging apparatus having less fear for the damage of a recorded surface for which the recording has already been executed by a discharge following roller which follow-rotates by being in contact with the already recorded surface of a material to be recorded.;SOLUTION: A paper discharge driving roller 55 is constituted in such a manner that a rotating element 561 and a shaft section 563 for pivotally supporting the rotating element 561 in a manner to be able to follow-rotate are integrally molded. The paper discharge driving roller 55 has a shape in which the distal ends of a plurality of teeth (protruding sections) H which are formed on a tooth section 562 constituting a part of the rotating element 561 may come into contact with a recording paper P with a specified pressing force. A paper discharge following roller holder 58 elastically supports both ends of the shaft section 563 of a paper discharge following roller 56 by two pairs of flat spring sections 582 and a fastening claw section 584 which are constituted into a bearing section 581. The paper discharge following roller holder 58 is formed of a material having flexibility.
