PSOLUTION: On the basis of an instruction from a user, a registration processing execution unit 304a searches communication objects existent within a wirelessly communicable range and displays search results on a monitor 305. On the basis of an instruction from the user, a vehicle-mounted information terminal 300 to which registration is requested, is then specified from among displayed communication objects and a path key for setting up a communication link with the specified vehicle-mounted information terminal 300 is selected.
