PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of adherence in call center business.;SOLUTION: An adherence judging device 400 comprises a section 411 for acquiring the action record information recording the action taken by an operator in order to deal with an inquiry, a section 413 for deriving the correlation of the action of an operator and adherence based on the action record information in inquiry acquired at the action record acquiring section 411 in the past, a section 414 for judging whether the operator lapses into adherence state or not by collating the action record information in the current inquiry acquired at the action record acquiring section 411 and the correlation derived at the correlation deriving section 413, and a section 415 issuing a warning when the adherence judging section 414 judges that the operator lapses into adherence state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
