To output a notification at an appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A determination device comprises: a reception section; a determination section; and a distribution section. The reception section receives a request for determination of whether or not a notification needs to be output from a terminal device to which information on a notification is distributed regardless of whether or not the terminal device meets an output condition. The determination section determines whether or not the notification needs to be output in response to the request for determination received by the reception section. The distribution section distributes a result of the determination of whether or not the notification needs to be output by the determination section to the terminal device. A control program which is executed by the terminal device causes the terminal device to execute: a reception process to receive information on the distributed notification regardless of whether or not the terminal device meets the output condition; a request process to request the determination section to determine whether or not the notification needs to be output; and an output process to output a content of the notification on the basis of the result of the determination by the determination section in response to the request made through the request process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
