PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery deterioration detector of a portable radio terminal of a portable terminal which exactly detects deterioration of a battery. PSOLUTION: The battery deterioration detector is constituted by providing a voltage monitor part 2 which monitors battery voltage to calculate a voltage drop amount per unit time, a voltage drop detection part 3 which detects voltage drop based on a threshold and a battery deterioration detection means 10 for comparing the voltage drop amount per unit time calculated by the voltage monitor part 2 with preliminarily acquired battery characteristic data to detect the deterioration of the battery, in the portable radio terminal which operates with the battery.
