PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of degrading the quality of multimedia data without ciphering all the multimedia data.;SOLUTION: A monitoring camera 1 which is the apparatus relating to this invention is provided with a camera board 4 for processing the multimedia data, and the system module 40 of the camera board 4 extracts a payload relating to music from the data packet of an ASF file stored in a memory card 3, ciphers all the payload data of the extracted payload using SIM2, and thus degrades the quality of the multimedia data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
