PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for providing mechanical element performance index information that can simultaneously acquire a plurality of index values indicating the performance of a mechanical element.;SOLUTION: When an information providing program is executed, an input screen is displayed on a display part (step 101). A specific name number is input to the display part (step 103) and one or more bearing performance indexes are selected (step 107). When the bearing performance index is selected, operating conditions of a bearing required according to the performance index of the bearing are input.
