PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expense application terminal for increasing the convenience of an applicant by making expense application in a batch.;SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 operates according to an application for application downloaded from an expense application information management server 40. The portable terminal 10 receives information relating to a departure spot or information relating to an arrival spot from a traffic institute terminal 20 installed in the entrance and exit of a station. Also, the portable terminal 10 calculates application charge based on the information received from the traffic institute terminal 20, and generates expense application information including the application charge. Also, the portable terminal 10 additionally stores the expense application information to a region for application. When the portable terminal 10 is made to approach a relay terminal 30 equipped with a non-contact IC card reader/writer, the group of the expense application information stored in the region for application is transmitted through the non-contact IC card to the relay terminal 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
