To provide an expense application related business support device or the like capable of supporting an expense application related operation so as to prevent incorrect accounting or omission of accounting by creating, for all months, debt accounting journal data and payment journal data related to the transfer of prepayment expenses, together with the debt accounting journal data and the payment journal data related to the occurrence of prepayment.SOLUTION: In the present embodiment, an expense application related business support device is configured: (1) to create accrued debt accounting journal data, which is debt accounting journal data relating to occurrence of prepayment, based on accrued debt accounting data; (2) to create accrued payment journal data, which is payment journal data relating to the occurrence of prepayment based on the accrued debt accounting data and the accrued debt accounting journal data; (3) to create transfer debt accounting journal data, which is debt accounting journal data relating to transfer of prepayment expenses, for all months based on transfer debt accounting data; and (4) to create transfer payment journal data, which is payment journal data relating to the transfer of prepayment expenses, for all months based on the transfer debt accounting data and the transfer debt accounting journal data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
