PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly prepares a medical expense payment application without using a bar code-printed medical expense payment application paper sheet. PSOLUTION: A medical expense payment application preparation system involves: setting a commission-signatured receipt paper sheet in an insertion port for a paper sheet for a printer (S11); now, starting up a camera by means of a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and taking image data on a commission signature in a general-purpose computer side (S12), where, the image data on the commission signature taken in the general-purpose computer are displayed on a display device; then, reading patient data corresponding to the commission signature and displayed on the display device from a patient database (S13); finally, specifying the commission-signatured patient from the image data on the commission signature; retrieving information on the specified patient from the patient database; referring the image data on the commission signature to patient data on the patient specified from the commission signature on the display device to associate the patient data with the image data on the commission signature (S14) to complete processing.
