PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a module for more highly efficiently compressing an SIP message than before.;SOLUTION: This SIP message compression/decompression module generation device is provided with: a standard conversion program source code generation part 1 generating the source code of a program for mutually converting a binary structure of a SIP message corresponding to an ASN.1 abstract syntax and the binary structure of the SIP message corresponding to the ASN.1 transfer syntax; a unique conversion program source generation part 2 generating the source code of the program for mutually converting the binary structures of the SIP message and a message corresponding to the ASN.1 abstract syntax; and a compression/depression module generation part 3 generating a SIP message compression module and a decompression module for mutually converting the binary structures of the SIP message and the message corresponding to the ASN.1 transfer syntax based on the source codes generated by first and second source code generation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
