PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SIP message compression and decompression device performing compression and decompression of an SIP message.;SOLUTION: The device comprises: a random numbers-generating section 5 for generating random numbers corresponding to a random numbers parameter included in an SIP message; a dynamic dictionary section 4 for storing a correspondence relation between the random numbers parameter and the generated random numbers; and a random numbers replacement section 3 for replacing the random numbers parameter with random numbers of different data lengths. If the correspondence relation is stored in the dynamic dictionary section 4, then the random numbers replacement section 3 replaces a random numbers parameter with a random numbers of different data lengths based on the correspondence relation information, and if correspondence relation is not stored in the dynamic dictionary section 4, then it designates, to the random numbers-generating section 5, a data length of random numbers to be generated corresponding to the random numbers parameter and replaces the random numbers parameter with the random numbers generated by the ransom numbers-generating section 5, and causes the dynamic dictionary section 4 to store a correspondence relation between the random numbers parameter and the generated random numbers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
