PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a penetrator such as a catheter into a desired site in a subject safely, positively and easily through tubular tissue of blood vessels, digestive organs, or the like. PSOLUTION: A magnetic field generating part 1 for generating the inclined magnetic field is disposed at the subject and driven by supplying a current through a controller 9 and a coil driver 8. The inclined magnetic field is thereby applied to the subject. In this state, X-ray photographing is performed, and while observing an X-ray photographed image, the catheter provided with a magnetic substance at the distal end is inserted into the subject. The inclined magnetic field pulls the magnetic substance along the formed direction of the tubular tissue. The penetrator such as the catheter can thereby be guided to the desired site safely, positively and easily by operating an inclined magnetic field applying direction by the controller 9.
