PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug composition and a health supplement food for preventing and treating anxiety, depression, and dementia of modern people undergoing change of hormone and neurotransmitters and brain damages due to environmental factors such as various kinds of stresses, menopause, drinking, and smoking, and inducing an effect of promoting their memory, substantially with no toxicity and side-effects. PSOLUTION: The drug composition and the health supplement food contain a Rubi Fructus extract. The extract is a concentrated liquid or a dried powder prepared by extraction using water, an organic solvent selected from 1-4C lower alcohols and the like, or a mixed solvent thereof at 50-100C for 5-24 h or at a normal temperature or at 4C for 5-7 days.
