PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional chemical adsorption film has a contact angle to waterdrops of about 120° because only chemical bonding of an adsorbent to a flat substrate surface is used, therefore the film has so inferior water-shedding, oil-shedding and antifouling properties and water separation property that waterdrops and foul are not naturally removed, and the film also has inferior durability such as inferior wear and weather resistances.;SOLUTION: A water-shedding, oil-shedding and antifouling light reflecting plate surface-covered with sintered water-shedding, oil-shedding and antifouling transparent fine particles is provided through a step of dispersing transparent fine particles at least the surface of which is covered with a water-shedding or oil-shedding coat in a solution of a binder, a step of applying and drying the solution on a glass surface, a step of carrying out firing in an oxygen-containing atmosphere, and a step of forming a water-shedding, oil-shedding and antifouling coat.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
