PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support image interpretation by inducing optical illusion.;SOLUTION: This image interpretation support moving image generation method includes generating a plurality of emboss images with a plurality of directions as a light source for a decipherment object image, and generating a moving image in which the plurality of emboss images are continuously switched and displayed, and generating a plurality of emboss images by compounding a predetermined background image with each of the emboss images, and generating a moving image in which the plurality of compounded emboss images are continuously switched and displayed.
