PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal type solid electrolytic capacitor the capacity of which is easy to adjust, can reduce the DC resistance of a metal portion and minimize the level difference between the anode lead-out part and cathode lead-out part.;SOLUTION: The three-terminal type solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a conductor layer comprising a metal plate 41 having a valve function, a dielectric layer 46 formed on an expanded surface of the metal plate 41, a solid-state electrolytic layer 47 formed on a surface of the dielectric layer 46, a graphite layer 48 formed on a surface of the solid-state electrolytic layer 47, and a base silver layer 49 formed on a surface of the graphite layer 48; anode terminals 44a and 44b, each connected to both the ends of the metal plate 41; a cathode terminal 51 connected to the conductor layer via a silver adhesive layer 50; and a sintered body 45 made of a metal powder, wherein the metal plate 41 is a plate-shaped or foil-shaped metal and expands its surface by forming the sintered body 45 on one (upper) side of its surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
