PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a novel and epoch-making buckwheat noodle-containing okonomiyaki food (Japanese-style pancake containing vegetables and other foodstuff) enabling easy cooking of a buckwheat noodle-containing okonomiyaki food where cooked buckwheat noodle is placed in baked dough, and making an eater enjoy taste or gustatory sensation inherent in buckwheat owing to the cooked noodle placed in the baking dough.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a buckwheat noodle-containing okonomiyaki food comprises the following steps: disposing dough produced by mixing at least water, egg and wheat flour together at the baking recessed part of a baking plate; baking the mixture dough to make a baked dough; placing sheet-wrapped cooked buckwheat noodle obtained by wrapping the cooked buckwheat noodle comprising buckwheat noodle and sauce, or buckwheat noodle, sauce and vegetables with a sheet made of edible material, on the baked dough; charging another dough obtained by mixing at least water, egg and wheat flour together onto the sheet-wrapped cooked buckwheat noodle; and baking the thus-obtained material to produce the buckwheat noodle-containing okonomiyaki where the cooked buckwheat noodle is placed in the baked dough.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
