PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit analysis method, circuit analysis program, and circuit simulation device capable of accurately calculating the delay time of a signal in a circuit to be measured.;SOLUTION: The circuit simulation device 10 comprises a circuit equation creating section 221 for creating a circuit equation 102 based on a net list 101, a circuit equation calculating section 222 for determining the solution of the circuit equation 102 at an analysis time (t), and a time step estimating type selecting section 223 for selecting, as the next time width, one of a first time width 105 calculated using the solution and a fixed second time width 23 as the time width.
