PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an dry ice snow-washing device which increasingly shortens startup time and jets stable dry ice snow.;SOLUTION: This is a device which washes an object to be washed by jetting dry ice snow, which is formed by adiabatic expansion of compressed and liquefied carbon dioxide, to the object to be washed from a jetting nozzle 1. In addition, the device is provided with an orifice 3 which adiabatically expands fed liquefied carbon dioxide and a distribution pipe 2 which gets to the jetting nozzle 1 from the orifice 3. In this case, a jetting gas feeding pipe 4 branches from the part of the jetting nozzle 1 side rather than the front end part of the distribution pipe 2 to communicate with the jetting nozzle 1 in a state in which the pipe 4 is separated from the distribution pipe 2, and the length L of the distribution pipe 2 to its inner diameter D is set to be less than (D2×1,000)±(D2×125).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
