PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeegee capable of fixing the thickness of paint on the same plane without having trouble on the painting surface of the paint, such as unevenness, projection/recession, or a thin spot; and to provide a direct squeegee device, and a printed wiring board manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The squeegee includes an elasticity adjusting material for adjusting the elasticity of the squeegee in squeegeeing. The direct squeegee device is obtained by arranging squeegees respectively to be positioned at both the front and rear sides of a printed wiring board to be squeegeed, fixing one squeegee to a fixing base at the predetermined position, and fixing the other squeegee to a mobile base to be moved by equal position from a center line in the thickness direction of the printed wiring board to be squeegeed to one squeegee fixed to the fixing base. The printed wiring board manufacturing method includes a process for painting the front and rear parts of the printed wiring board and/or fixedly evening the thickness of the filled paint.
