PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system allowing a manager to easily and automatically use electronic equipment and a facility only when being in the room without troubling the manager.;SOLUTION: An access management device in a management system reads information from an information storage medium carried by a user when the user enters/exits the facility. The management device permits the entry of the user having the medium if the information read from the medium includes the entry authority information. The management device transmits use permission information to permit the use of a device to be managed in the facility if the information read from the medium includes management authority information. When receiving the permission information, the device to be managed controls the device to be managed so as to be enabled.
