Being the reconstruction construction method which withdraws the terrestrial part

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstruction method using an existing underground skeleton, which enables the shortening of a construction period and a reduction in cost by enhancing workability. PSOLUTION: A floor slab 2A to be newly constructed is constructed on an existing floor slab 11A in a form wherein an existing outer peripheral wall 12 and the floor slab 11A are left. The floor slab 2A can be easily constructed in the state of a dirt floor slab by using the floor slab 11A and the wall 12 as a form. Since the wall 12 serves as an earth retaining wall, earth retaining work is made unnecessary, and the reconstruction method can adapt even to an existing building which is constructed all over a site. A pile constructing machine can work by using the floor slab 2A as a working floor. Since the floor slab 2A is used as a working floor of a wide space which is surrounded by the wall 12, a temporary drive-in working platform, which has to be removed, is made unnecessary, and a working space can be easily secured even on a narrow site.
