PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing data loss associated with change of a communication environment, and transmitting data wirelessly with high reliability, in a system for wireless data transmission from a control station to multiple terminals.;SOLUTION: A control station apparatus which performs wireless communications with multiple communication apparatuses and sends data to the multiple communication apparatuses comprises: a receiving means to receive, from each of the communication apparatuses identification information of other communication apparatuses with which the communication apparatus is capable of wireless communication; a selection means to select, from the multiple communication apparatuses, a relay apparatus that relays data transmission, based on the received identification information; a determination means to determine a communication timing for relaying performed by the relay apparatus selected by the selection means; and a notification control means to notify the relay apparatus selected by the selection means of an instruction to perform data relay and the communication timing.
