SAMPLING DEVICE AND SAMPLING METHOD IN GEOLOGICAL BORING SURVEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device and a sampling method, effectively cooling a bit to prevent corrosion of a sample regardless of geologic difference like hard rock, soft rock and sandy soil.;SOLUTION: In this sampling device, an inner tube 4 is fitted to the inside of an outer tube 3 provided with a bit 2 at the lower end through a water channel W₁. The lower end part of the water channel W₁ formed between the tip inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 3 and the tip outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 4 is an oblique inward water channel W₂ inclined toward the inner peripheral side of a blade part 2a of the bit 2, and a first inclined face 10 with a sharp gradient, the upper end of which is connected to the oblique inward channel W₂ and a second inclined face 18 with a gentle gradient starting at the lower end of the first inclined face 19 and ending with the outer peripheral surface 22 of the outer tube 3 are formed on the lower end face 21 of the outer tube 3 facing a recessed part 2b between the edges 2a of the bit 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
