PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a water soluble carrier-antibody complex capable of controlling the bonding number of antibodies and a bonding number of labeling substances, and an immunity measuring reagent using this manufacturing method by solving a conventional problem possessed by labeling antibodies, and to provide the high-quality water soluble carrier-antibody complex having high sensitivity, and improving stability.;SOLUTION: This water soluble carrier-antibody complex joined with a plurality of antibodies or an antibody fragment and a plurality of labeling substances is obtained by joining the antibodies or the antibody fragment and also the labeling substances by using polysaccharide of introducing a plurality of active halogen groups as a water soluble carrier of high molecular weight. Use for measuring immunity of the water soluble carrier-antibody complex is large in an effect of enhancing measuring sensitivity, reducing a reagent blank value, improving reproducibility and stability, and restraining nonspecific reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
