PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a furnace inspection scaffolding for a boiler allowing the use of articles on the market with versatility without needing an exclusive large storage warehouse, reconstruction work of the boiler and an application of installation and moreover formed minimizing works at elevated places.;SOLUTION: In the method of installing the furnace inspection scaffolding 10 for the boiler 11 comprising multiple stages of outer peripheral scaffoldings 14a-14j formed by building up built-up scaffolding members on the market sequentially upward from the bottom in the boiler 11, after an elevated work floor 49 placed on a plurality of lifters 30a-30f provided at a scaffolding frame 13 is lifted, is fixed to the outer peripheral scaffoldings 14a-14j, extension frames 54a-54f are inserted in a void space 57 formed below the work floor 49 by the descent of the lifters 30a-30f, to heighten the work floor 49.
