PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two component mixing type pre-filled syringe having good operatability capable of further sucking and mixing another component, if necessary, after aseptically mixing the two components.;SOLUTION: The pre-filled syringe contains a first barrel 1 having a tip end chip 11 and a flange 12 respectively at the tip end and the base end, a first gasket 2 inserted into this first barrel 1 for partitioning a solution chamber 13, a double-headed needle 3 inserted into the first barrel 1, and a plunger-like container P. The plunger-like container P contains a second barrel 4 having a mouth part 41 at its tip end, a second gasket 5 capped on the mouth part 41 of this second barrel 4 and a third gasket 6 inserted into the second barrel 4 for partitioning a medicine chamber 42. When the plunger-like container P is advanced, the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 5 are pierced respectively by the double-headed needle 3, and liquid communication between the solution chamber 13 and the medicine chamber 42 is achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
