PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing diacetoxybutene, comprising reacting butadiene with acetic acid and oxygen in the presence of a Pd catalyst, by which the diacetoxybutene can be produced in good catalyst efficiency.;SOLUTION: This method for producing diacetoxybutene is characterized by forming a reaction zone in a state that a solid catalyst is contained in a liquid phase containing acetic acid and butadiene, forming a liquid-circulating route for extracting the reaction liquid from the reaction zone and then supplying the extracted reaction liquid into the lower portion of the reaction zone, disposing mixing devices in the circulation route at two stages, supplying an oxygen-containing gas containing the oxygen in an amount of ≥7 mol.% into the reaction liquid flowing in the circulation route in the front mixing device, thus dispersing the oxygen-containing gas as fine bubbles in the reaction liquid, and supplying and mixing butadiene with the reaction liquid containing the bubbles in the rear mixing device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
