PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract vocabulary information. PSOLUTION: The vocabulary information extracting device for extracting vocabulary information from text data is provided with a feature extracting means for extracting a feature when a noun and a verb co-occur from the text data, and a relationship specifying means for outputting a combination of the noun and the verb wherein the verb has the predetermined relationship with respect to the noun based on the extracted result obtained by the feature extracting means.
