PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean an exhaust gas harmful to an atmospheric environment and a human body by providing with a motor control means for drive controlling a drive motor which drives a turbo means in response to a detection signal from a throttle valve operation detecting means. SOLUTION: A micro switch 80 is turned ON when an opening of a throttle valve 60 exceeds a predetermined value. The motor control circuit 90 inputs the output signal from the air flow sensor 20 to a microcomputer controller 70. When the micro switch 80 is turned ON, the motor control circuit 90 actuates a drive motor 110 to control a rotation of the drive motor 110 based on the output signal from the air flow sensor 20. Accordingly, by generating an air-fuel mixture capable of complete combustion, efficiency of fuel economy and engine thereby cleaning an exhaust gas harmful to an atmospheric environment and a human body.
