PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas quality control method which precisely controls quality of gas according to solid contents and oil contents included in the gas.;SOLUTION: The present invention is a gas quality control method in which a filter 1 whose pore size is not greater than 0.3 μm and weight changes within 0.1 mg after standing for 7 days under relative humidity of 60% filtrates gas, then a filter 2 having internal filtration whose weight changes within 0.1 mg after standing for 7 days under relative humidity of 60% and held particle size is not greater than 1 μm filtrates the gas, and the gas quality is controlled according to the weight changes of the filters 1 and 2 before and after the filtration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
