PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable bone adjustment and reintegration of articulation adjustment plastic surgery to be efficiently done, by equipping a tray support element for trial, which is attached to an adjusted shank and a punch bush which plays the role of trial shank stem and guides a shank punch. ;SOLUTION: This modular type tool 10 to be used in bone adjustment and implant reintegration is equipped with a trial shank tray template element 12 on which a through guide hole is formed, a slender punch bush 16 fittable into the guide hole, a shank punch 18, and a trial shank support insert member 20. The punch bush 16 has a tip end part fit in the shank of a patient and a base end part with a collar fit in the guide hole of the element, and a pair of facing slots are formed on the collar. A shank punch which is to punch out an opening with dimensions and a shape complementary with the shank punch in the shank of a patient is inserted, and an insert member 20 is fitted into the connection element of the shank punch 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
