When the painting device reaches the painting boundary of the tapered pipe, the painting device is stopped while continuing the movement of the heating device, and the thermoplastic powder paint is sprayed from the painting device to the tapered pipe, and at the same time air is uniformly sprayed to the outer periphery of the tapered pipe at the heated painting boundary of the tapered pipe, which prevents the thermoplastic powder paint from the painting device from flowing outside of a boundary line to establish a painting boundary line.
