The present invention relates to a paper-breaker wastebin structure, including the barrel body, in which the barrel body includes the barrel wall and the base plate that is movably located at the bottom of the barrel body, the barrel wall is a kind of cloth, leather, plastic or light metal, and has a folding structure.
