Colored cement bonded panels comprising a dried conventional coating made of one or more layers whereby at least one layer of the conventional coating contains at least one pigment, and a radiation cured coating composition applied on said dried conventional coating. The conventional coating comprises functional groups able to react with isocyanate groups. The radiation cured coating composition (i) comprises at least one radiation cured polymer A and at least one chemically crosslinked and radiation cured polymer B comprising isocyanate groups having reacted with functional groups, and (ii) has a surface gloss measured according to DIN 67530 equal or less than 20% at an angle of incidence of 85°.
