摘要

This method of implement lift is simple, very economical and time saving in vehicles or stationery machineries. This implement lift arrangement consists of a manual hydraulic device (3) connected to of a jack (8) through a non return valve (6) and a hydraulic hose (7). The piston (9) of the jack is located right under the half round metal pads (17) which are integral part of the lift arms (11). The piston (9) of the jack (8) gets lifted up when the lever (5) is pressed by the driver sitting in his seat. Since overhang of the lift arms (11) between the half round pad (17) and the implement mounting pin (15) is larger in length as compared to the distance between the hinge or hitch (13) and the half round metal pad (17), the effective leverage attained in lifting the implement (10) is several times higher than the lift attained at the piston (9) lift on the half round pad (17). The implement (10) is lowered by opening the non return valve (6) in which case the hydraulic fluid flows back from the jack (8) to the manually operated hydraulic device (3) because of the weight of the implement.
